Source Code Purchase - majak - 09-27-2011
We are evaluating some of your tools. But we need to own the source code and cannot deal with the licensing. What are the terms and conditions for source code purchase? Do I have complete ownership of the code, make changes, and release with my product without any royalty or licensing obligations?

It is not possible to buy only source code.
You will still need licenses for each developer that will use the product (in binary or in source code). You can also change the source code as you wish. But if you have some feature requests it is recommended to report them to me. This way they may be added to the product with new version. Otherwise if you will change the code by yourself, you can have problems with the code when new version will be available.
Distribution of out products is royalty free so you can distribute them with your products. When having source code you need to make sure, that the source code and the functionality of the product is not available to others.

So, if I were to purchase ZoomPanel source code with site license, I'll be paying $799 + $499, right?

Yes that is correct.
That will allow all your developers to use ZoomPanel in binary (dll) or its source code.
