Hi everyone!
Does AB4D works on UWP (Universal Windows Plattform)? Are there plans to develop for UWP?

Sorry, there are no plans (not even long term) to develop for UWP.
However, ViewerSvg and Paste2Xaml support creating XAML UWP applications - so if you need to have 2D vector graphics in XAML for UWP, then you can get the vector graphics from svg files (using ViewerSvg) or from metafiles (using Paste2Xaml).
