Is there a way to create BoxMesh3D with rounded edges (similar to Rectangle.RadiusX/RadiusY)?
I need to subtract it from another box to create rectangular hole with rounded edges.

No, there is currently no object in Ab3d.PowerToys that you could use to create a box with rounded edges.
