I am interested in using SharpEngine on a customer test fixture but some customers will not allow the fixture to have Internet access.  Does the engine need to check the license via an Internet connection when running the end user application or is it a completely offline process when running?

The license check does not require any internet connection. The license check if done offline by checking the license key that is provided by calling SetLicense method.
