Ab3d.PowerToys require WPF for rendering 3D objects. This is also supported in WinForms applications. Also, the library works only on Windows.
I am almost sure that it is not possible to show WPF controls inside a QT application. But even if this is possible, it is not officially supported. I would highly recommend you to use WPF or WinForms instead.
