Hi,
I load various models from obj files with associated mtl files. I export these from blender and have been trying to create a chrome material which includes mirroring as part of the rendering. I'm not overly familiar with the contents of mtl files but i believe the illum field sets the level of rendering. This is set to 5 by the blender export function. When the model loads in the powertoys 3D scene, there is no mirroring. Is this unsupported? Or is there something I'm doing wrong. It won't let me upload the mtl or obj file so here is the material file:
# Blender MTL File: 'GaugeTest.blend'
# Material Count: 1
newmtl Chrome
Ns 1000.000000
Ka 0.850000 0.850000 0.850000
Kd 0.280445 0.280445 0.280445
Ks 1.000000 1.000000 1.000000
Ke 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
Ni 1.000000
